Competing against 30 other pairs from various clubs in the Northern Region,  Bruce Minchinton and Michael Goh first qualified for the finals after playing a 26-boards match in the morning, and eventually finished 3rd place in the event. 

Played at Shepparton Bridge Club last Saturday (28/1/17), Bruce & Michael were the only pair representing NBC, which is one of 11 bridge clubs associated with Victoria's Northern Region Bridge Association.

Congratulations to Bruce and Michael, who also had great success at the recent Canberra Festival of Bridge held earlier in January. They were part of the team winning the Non-Life Masters Team event.
